Terms of Purchase

1. General Overview These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases of digital products (Site Starters) and Service Packages made through atomwork.co, operated by Atom Agency AB (VAT: SE556978867101). By purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Site Starters & Licensing When you purchase a Site Starter, you are purchasing a license to use the design and framework, not the ownership of the intellectual property.

Single Project License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site Starter to build and publish one (1) personal or client website. If you wish to use the Site Starter for multiple clients or separate websites, a new license must be purchased for each individual project.

Usage Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Site Starter—or any modified version of it—as a template, theme, UI kit, or similar digital product intended for resale or distribution, whether directly or through third-party marketplaces. All rights to the ATOM Builder Framework, its structure, component architecture, documentation, and design logic remain owned by Atom Agency AB.

3. Service Packages If you purchase a Service Package (Essential, Build, or Scale), the purchase covers the professional services required to implement and customize a Site Starter. Service Packages are subject to project timelines, and any scope beyond the defined package deliverables will be quoted separately.

4. Payments & Pricing All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Depending on your location and local tax regulations, VAT or other applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Refund Policy Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our Site Starters, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or the transfer link has been provided. We highly encourage you to review the live previews and documentation before making a purchase.

If you encounter a critical technical issue or a bug within the original files, please contact us at work@atomagency.co, and we will provide support to resolve the issue.

6. Support & Liability Site Starters are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we guarantee the quality of our code and provide support for technical bugs related to the original files, we do not provide free support for custom modifications, third-party integrations, or general Webflow training unless a Service Package or Support Subscription has been purchased. Atom Agency AB is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be settled by the Swedish general courts, with the Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
